1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the aqu999 website, mobile site, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
